Information according to § 6 TDG
Jan Manshardt, Hendrik Stula and Philipp von Gayl are certified laywers at the Chamber of Lawyers Berlin, Littenstraße 9, 10179 Berlin. They are licensed to act in all local and regional courts of the Federal Republic of Germany.
These canons of professional etiquette are relevant for us:
- the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung, the Berufsordnung, the Fachanwaltsordnung, the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz
- for the area of international law the “canons of professional etiquette for lawyers in the European community”.
